Happy New Year to all my fabulous readers!
I’m spending New Year’s Day wearing my fantastic party hat and celebrating with my babies. However you choose to celebrate, I hope your year is full of blessings and joy.
Do you do the whole New Year’s Resolution thing?
Like so many, every year I have a list of things I want to change/do. Want to know a secret? You are reading the one resolution that actually stuck for me last year – this blog!
It’s allowed me to chronicle many of my children’s adventures from the year. It’s given me a creative outlet and helped me jump back into writing. It’s pushed me to take more pics of the kids and get more creative with our crafts. And it’s opened doors to opportunities and friendships that I never even dreamed of.
Looking back through my posts from 2011, here are the top five, according to the number of people who stopped in to read them:
- My Confession
- Toddler Car Birthday Cake
- Toilet Paper Tube Crafts
- Toilet Paper Tube Dinosaurs
- Shopping with Peanut
Anyway, that gives me one resolution out of I don’t know how many that I actually stuck with for a whole year (well, it will be a year this month). Maybe it’s a new trend? Or maybe the trick is choosing a resolution you actually like to do?
What resolutions are you making this year?
