Need a weekend laugh?
We were at my parents’ house, and as toddler’s pants tend to do, Monkey’s pants were sliding down his waist. Trying to be funny (you know grandparents!), my dad said something along the lines of, “Hey, I see a crack in your butt.”
“Don’t have a crack in my butt! Don’t have a crack in my butt!” cried my little boy, holding his backside in a panic.
I went over to him, pulled up his pants, and assured him his butt looked fine to me.
A few days later I brought it up again, briefly, on the phone with someone. Little ears were listening. (They are always listening, aren’t they?)
“Don’t have a crack in my butt…” he began again.
“What would you do if you did have a crack?” I asked, wanting to hear his response.
“Fix it!”
At least my little guy is against crack.

My neice has always shown her crack. No matter what she does to keep her pants up, if she bends over or even if her shirt rides up, it shows. She has always said that her crack was made too long. I have to say, I think she may be onto something 😉
