It is tempting to plant more right now…I’m just afraid there will be a cold spell that would kill them all.

You’re probably right. I am getting ahead of myself, even though the temperatures have been un-seasonally warm. I don’t want to jinx anything! I usually use Mother’s Day as the beginning of the ‘safe’ time to start planting. It’s not that far off.
Yellow is one of my favorite colors – even had the kitchen painted yellow, gives it a year round taste of spring!

We have these tiny magenta & purple flowers that I planted last year. I cant remember their name but they make me smile every time I walk past them. I’m loving this weather too!
Oh! I forgot about having a few purple ones! I Idon’t know what mine are either – I planted them shortly after we moved in. They’re so small you have to be right up on them to see them.
I don’t know if I have a favorite but things are blooming away here too! We were out doing some prep work on our veggie & tomato garden today and mowing.
It won’t be long before we’ll get the tiller out and the tomato’s and other veggies will go in. I think this year may be our earliest yet for planting! Can you believe it?

Is there anymore beautiful way to herald in springtime than with the color yellow? Daffodils and forsythia are a welcome sight indeed. Happy WW

We’ve been having crazy weather here…snow, hail, tornado…
But fortunately it’s like spring/summer all year round so we have beautiful flowers all year round too!
