I fell in love with my husband when I first set eyes on him. Once we became parents I started finding even more reasons I love him.
**
The other day, as we were relaxing on the back porch after dinner, just watching the kids playing, I mentioned to my husband that our daughter wanted a tire swing.
The next thing I knew he had a rope and was looking for a good branch on our spindly backyard trees.
In less than a half hour, they were swinging on a tire swing.A few days later he was out with the chain saw, clearing out the brush and making sure they had plenty of room to really enjoy their new swing.
He could have sat and rested. He could have put the swing on his “to do” list for sometime down the road. But he didn’t.
And that’s just another reason I love my husband.

I have one of those:-) He might complain about the little stuff like the kids not picking up their toys but when it comes to the big stuff he is always there!

THAT is what is important. 🙂 Yes, there are times I have to ask mine to do something several times before it gets done, but then there are moments like this, where he jumps right into the challenge.

Yeah, I’ll keep him. 🙂
Don’t tell the kids, but I’m hoping to try that swing out myself sometime soon!
