My 12 year old son just came home from an overnight camp out with the scouts and the first thing he did was come over to me and give me a hug and ask if I missed him. (I’m here from SITS!) I had a stellar moment a few nights ago–my husband was out and I said something about singing to my daughter (she’s 19 months). Unprompted, she grabbed my hand and serenaded me in babytalk for a good two minutes. I darn near cried. Such a cutie.

And it’s good to hear how well your kids get along. I’m having another in May and am hoping for the best!
