Cardboard Tube Crafts with Project Recycle & Create

March 5, 2014 by OneMommy

You just can’t beat cardboard tubes when it comes to cheap craft materials!

We have done a lot of cardboard tube crafts and activities over the years.

Last year I shared this cardboard tube lion that is just perfect for March!  (And, boy!  March sure has come in like a lion this year!)

Here are a few more of our favorite cardboard tube crafts.   Just click on the picture for complete directions!

Don’t like the idea of crafting with the tubes found inside toilet paper rolls?

No problem!  You can easily cut the tubes from paper towel rolls, foil, plastic wrap, gift wrap, etc. to just the right length!

We challenge you to make your own cardboard tube crafts this week.

This post is part of Project: Recycle & Create.

Cute ideas!! I really like these. I’ll have to keep them in mind for when my son is a little older.

    Stopping by from SITS!

More cute ideas. I use them for gifts, like crackers. Just cut to the size you need, place the gift inside, wrap, gather the ends and tie with curly ribbon. They’re great as party favors or holiday little gifts.

I’ve seen gifts wrapped like that — they are so cute and professional looking!
