I actually was sort of sad to see the diapers go, mainly when it came to long car trips and vacations. Having the diaper was just easy, even if I had to carry around all the extra to change it. I guess consistency is key and just making it fun and not stressful for them. I also loved those pull ups and used those for a bit in transition. Then just went for it with underwear and they LOVED picking out which ones etc. It became a game for them to see how long they could go without an accident.

Oh yes, it’s a fun trip! I just finished with our oldest, so I wasn’t expecting to start with child #2 right away!
