12 hard-boiled eggs dyed, plus 5 uncooked eggs that were in the fridge when the kids begged for more eggs to color

2 baskets that the bunny crammed full of goodies
12 eggs hidden in our living room
3 presents for each preschooler from Mommy and Daddy

72 more eggs filled by the bunny and taken to Grandma and Grandpa Owl’s house for the big egg hunt
3 kids racing around a squishy, wet, muddy yard looking for eggs, and loving every minute

6, 7, or was it 8? marshmallow chicks Peanut ate faster than I’d ever seen chicks disappear before
2 eggs of sparkly silly putty, which were a BIG hit
67 minutes driving home from Grandma’s with one or the other child asking every 5 minutes if we were home yet
And 2 worn-out kids, tucked into beds, with visions of candy and new toys dancing in their heads — and soon to be 1 tuckered out momma snoozing away, too!
What numbers would you use to describe your Easter weekend?
Chris Carter says
I got nothing’. Too exhausted and completely empty from the week’s events. So- 0 is my number! LOL
