Fun Kid Lunch Ideas

September 12, 2012 by OneMommy

Sometimes you just need to make lunch more fun….

fun kid lunches

To make the turkey above I used a spinach tortilla and made turkey and shredded cheese wraps, which I sliced into 1/2 inch thick slices.ย  A grape made up its head and carrot slices made the beak, legs, and nest.ย  I used yogurt covered raisins as eggs and gave it a tomato sunshine in the sky.

preschool lunch To make our healthy flower garden, I used 3 different sized star cookie cutters (okay, they were from the Play-Doh toys…) to cut stars from tortillas, ham, and cheese.ย  Green beans and peas made up the stems and leaves and ham created the “dirt.”
