More Funny Things Kids Say

September 24, 2012 by OneMommy

My 3 year-old’s legs are covered with little bruises lately.  Not strange for a 3 year-old little boy.

As I helped him out of the tub the other day, I asked him where all the bruises came from.  His answer?  “I been fightin’.”

“Who have you been fighting?”

“No one.”

We took the kids fishing at the pond a couple week’s ago.  My son caught a little 4 inch bluegill.  After Daddy threw it back, I asked Monkey how big his fish was.

“This big!” he said, showing me with his hands.  They were about a foot apart.

Yep, I’d say he’s a real fisherman!

My youngest told me that she needed a new mirror in her bedroom. When I asked her why she told me that it didn’t make her hair look as blonde as the bathroom mirror so something must be wrong with it. There is way more natural light in her bathroom 🙂

Oh, I love it! It IS funny how different lighting makes your hair seem so different — can’t blame her for liking how it looked in the natural light! 🙂

Thanks — he’s a pretty good poser if I ask him to do something. 🙂
Yes, those bruises on little boys multiply!
