My blondie, Bean, would love you! We catch blue tailed skinks (little lizards) all the time but I make her “observe” them in her little plastic habitat outside. I notice you let your blondie bring her catch inside the house. Good thing Bean doesn’t follow blogs yet…I would be in big trouble! ๐Ÿ˜‰

LOL! Oh what a pair! Yes, we’ve had a variety of little “pets” – mostly types of bugs. A few caterpillars that we were lucky to see turn into butterflies, etc.
This is the first salamander we’ve every found, and she was so excited!

Yeah, I’d have to say dogs are pretty great. But our daughter really, REALLY, just wants something little she can hold, and the salamander just showed up one day…

Yep, Mommy didn’t want to touch it initially, until Peanut almost dropped it and I had to grab it so it wouldn’t get hurt. (I actually used a hamburger spatula to pick it up with – )

Thanks! Our daughter is great at those wonderful expressions! Couldn’t believe we had a salamander on our back porch that day…

Wow! Very cute, but I would hate to find it loose in my bed ๐Ÿ˜‰

    Thanks for linking up!

Oh, yeah. I make sure it is secure in its cage each time she looks at it… LOL! (It isn’t a good climber, either…)
