Yes! I never thought of having them write spelling words in it when I taught…But we do it now at home! I did use it to have the kids help clean the desks at school though. 🙂

They would smooth it out and write their spelling words. Then, when they were done and we wiped off their desks, the top would be clean! Double-duty!
