It’s the time of year for planting gardens!
For all the little gardening helpers out there, learning all about how plants grow, here’s a cute sunflower craft they can make!
Sunflower Craft
The first step in making your very own sunflower is cutting out the inner circle of a paper plate.
We had our petals and leaves already cut and ready to go. (It’s great cutting practice if you draw the petals on yellow paper and let your preschooler or kindergartner cut them out!)
Once you have the petals and leaves ready, you will glue 7 -10 petals onto your paper plate. Add 2 green leaves at the bottom.
For your final touch, tape a wide craft stick to the bottom of the paper plate sunflower.
Have you ever seen a cuter sunflower?
