I would think it would be big enough for 15 guests. It is close to the height of 3 cakes stacked on top of each other when finished. When I cut it, I cut it across horizontally into 3 pieces, much like they do for wedding cakes sometimes, and then cut pieces from each “layer.” Hope that helps!
