On the walls of almost every room in the house; in albums, my wallet, and especially on the computer: memories, captured in photographs, each worth more than the proverbial 1,000 words.
I am thankful for each and every one.
(After several attempts we finally got a family photo taken this summer. Our last one was when my little girl was 6 months old. Speaking of my little girl, she was ecstatic that she and Mommy had matching dresses…)
The photographs allow me to relive all those precious moments with my babies. They are priceless to me.
How else would I remember how little they once were? That big grin? Those tiny toes?
It doesn’t matter how many pictures I take, it will never be enough. I may not be able to keep them little forever, but through the magic of photographs, in some ways I can.
What are you thankful for this week?

Beautiful pictures One Mommy 🙂 Family is a wonderful thing and pictures together is a memory that will last a lifetime!
Your children are adorable and I can just imagine how happy your daughter was to wear the same dress! My oldest always wants to wear my clothes – and she can fit into some of them so I better keep my eye on my clothes lol 🙂
I don’t have a Thankful Thursday post, at least not yet.

Thank you. I hope our next picture doesn’t take almost 3 years before we get it! 🙂
What a compliment for you if your daughter wants to wear your clothes!

So cute! Hmmm. I’m thankful for so many things I’m not sure I could pick one… Okay, at this exact second I’m thankful for fuzzy animals. (I have a purring cat on my lap, LOL!)
welcome to the tribe, btw 🙂

Fuzzy animals ARE quite a blessing! Wish our cat could sit on my lap while I type, but husband is allergic, so she stays in the garage. I have a 70 pound dog that heats the bed at night though….
Thanks for the welcome!

Kid movies are pretty great — I love being able to share all my old favs with the little ones.
