Oh, yes, things not going to plan is one of the toughies!

Mine both gave up naps earlly…. But on those days they don’t stay in their rooms for quiet time, THOSE are the days I have to count to 10. A LOT. And try not to scream.

When my kids were small I recall very often thinking to myself-take in every single detail because it will soon be gone. My youngest is about to turn 18. I still love the time I get with them.
