That’s funny you know, I’m pretty sure my Mum used to have a snowball bush too, which came from a cutting my Nanna gave my sister (must have got cut down when she extended the house for my grandparents to move in though I think).

Oh, I have been the mean momma who has had to sit in the room for what seemed forever waiting for kids to stop talking and go to sleep… I need to get a phone where I can do some work while sitting there. 🙂

I am from respecting children but giving them firm boundaries. Now if I can just get my kids to respect the boundaries, LOL.

I love your snowball bush and sickly apple tree. My Nanna had a snowball bush which brings back lots of good memories, and then there was the pussy willow tree my parents had cut down when i was about 3, that I was sad about for years!

Oh yeah, that big red van holds tons of memories of my childhood. We didn’t get seats put in for all three kids until we went to Canada one year and had to have seat belts there. I remember we got an old blue bench seat from a junk yard to screw in the floor. LOL!
