I totally agree about having a meal “ready to go”… in a month or two that will taste sooo good. Never thought to do the turkey with BBQ sauce – I bet I could warm that up in a slow cooker for an easy meal. Have a great Thanksgiving!

This is a great idea for leftovers! I usually reheat plates of left overs on Black Friday, mainly because the next town over from us (but still in walking distance) has a big celebration with crafts and Santa rides his sleigh up the street and around the circle. So we make plates with left overs and throw them in the microwave.

Other days I make turkey pot pie, turkey soup and sometimes I throw the turkey in with a variety of other ingredients to make a casserole.
