Hey, I’m on Twitter!

July 31, 2011 by OneMommy

I’ve mentioned before that I am not a tech-savvy person.  Heck, my cell phone is 3 years old and the only text message ever sent from it was when my daughter got a hold of it and somehow sent “A” to her daddy’s phone.  (Or maybe she used his phone and sent it to mine… I forget.)

Anyway, I’ve been dragging my feet a little on getting a Twitter account.  At first I thought you could only do it from a phone, and since mine is ancient in the realm of technology…  But then I learned I could do it with the old home computer.   I keep hearing how beneficial it can be in the blogging world, so I took a deep breath and dove in this past Saturday.

I’m still learning, definitely.  I did figure out how to get a profile pic on it and I am following a few “recommended” people… Heck, I actually made my first tweet Saturday, too, even though I’m pretty sure it didn’t really go to anyone (What does it do if you have no followers?  LOL).

I’m excited to say you can now follow There’s Just One Mommy on Twitter, and if you are a follower of mine and you have a Twitter account, I’d love to return the favor – just leave a comment!
